This property has marsh views from the front windows and is just minutes away from beach access, cycle trails, hiking trails, fishing options year round, boat launches, and the Long Point Bird Observatory. You have access to the entire four bedroom home, which includes:
• Two full bathrooms with custom tiled showers.
• A chef’s kitchen that has everything needed to prepare your own meals.
• Living room has TV with Netflix Prime TV, Plex with lots of movie and TV
show options. Electric fireplace.
• On-site laundry washer and dryer.
• Bedroom 1 has double bed with on top twin bunk bed, Bedroom 2 has
double bed, Bedroom 3 has queen bed and A master bedroom with a
queen bed and a desk setup for remote working.
• Wi-Fi that covers all areas of the home connected to 15Mbs internet
service, capable of accommodating remote working and Netflix watching.
• SONOS in-ceiling speakers.
• Outside fire pit and Crown Verity barbecue.
• Access to house is with August App or keypad at front door.
• Cottage has charcoal filter and UV Light water is safe to drink.

Summary: The owner was very easy to reach and responded quickly. The place was clean and all kitchen appliances were new. The beds and couches we're comfy. We used the BBQ and it worked great. If you want to have a fire I would recommend bringing kindling and wood.

Summary: Unfortunately the host had to cancel our booking the morning of our check-in day because of an issue with the property, so we were not able to stay. We were a group of 7 with 1 dog.We received a full refund but were unable to find another property on vrbo. We found a place to stay on another website.The property manager was responsive and quick in giving a refund when the issue was found.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at this lovely cottage! The house was exceptionally clean and thoughtfully designed, with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The beds were very comfortable, and having two bathrooms was a real plus for our family. The kids especially loved the bunk bed in their room—it even had a little staircase instead of a ladder, which made it much safer and easier for them to climb up and down. Such a thoughtful touch! The cottage is well-equipped with modern amenities, including a fully stocked kitchen with even an air fryer and a rice cooker. We were also delighted to find books, board games, and even binoculars for bird watching—perfect for nature lovers! The location is ideal for birders and anyone looking to enjoy the quiet beauty of the area. The neighborhood is very peaceful, and the home is clearly designed with both comfort and convenience in mind. Our family truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to return. Highly recommended!

Summary: Had a great stay at this property, it was very clean, pleasent and had plenty of amenities. The house also had extra things like games/books etc. The host was very helpful and answered all our questions promptly. I would rate 10/10 for this place.

Summary: The cottage is newly renovated and well maintained. The only negative is that we had to bring our own linens and bath towels, but it was so comfortable using linens I knew were mine that I might just do that at all airbnbs going forward. Also, if the owner reads this, the coffee maker is in need of descaling. Took 30 minutes to brew one batch of coffee.

Summary: Property was perfectly located an easy 5 minute walk to the Beach. The backyard was nice for an evening fire or sitting on the deck watching TV or reading. The house was clean, everything you would need is there. The beds are comfortable. Having 2 bathrooms was nice. The area is very quiet, so sleeping was great. WE would definitely recommend!

Summary: Everything was as listed and more! We were very impressed with the space, the little touches like extra toilet paper and shower products. The sound system was such a nice touch - all the electrical set ups in the space were impressive! The games were also a bonus and made for a great family getaway!
